NOW HIRING – Assistant Director of Nursing
Valid and Unencumbered RN or LPN required.
3-5 years of leadership experience required.
Under the direction of the Director of Health Services and the Director of Nursing, manages the 24-hours a day, seven days a week nursing functions for Asbury Health and Rehabilitation Center. May serve as clinical support for Parker Terrace, residential clinic, memory support center, Aldersgate at Home, and employee development. Responsible for reviewing medical needs of potential residents. Determines appropriate level of care placement. Coordinates the corporate quality assurance process and infection control program. Develops and standardizes operational policies and procedures; coordinates programs which involve an interdisciplinary approach; and coordinates compliance programs for regulatory agencies. Serves in the absence of the Director of Nursing.
